Zeolite (SiO2)

Zeolites can regulate the release of nutrients into the soil, they are retained in the growth zone and are accessible to plants. The availability of nutrients increases plant strength and performance. Zeolites improve soil structure by pairing the cation-exchange capacity with affinity for ammonia and potassium. These properties allow zeolites to provide soil support and prevent the toxicity often caused by ammonia buildup.
